Take Care of your Schrooms

Keep mushrooms refrigerated. Use the mushrooms within week of purchase. Store in paper bag if mushrooms are not prepackaged. DO NOT wash until ready to cook!

Avoid soaking mushrooms. Rub clean with wet cloth or rinse with cold water a pat dry.
